Description:
Daniel Fabian has discovered a vulnerability in PHP, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to input validation errors within the "escapeshellcmd()" and "escapeshellarg()" functions. This can be exploited to bypass the security restrictions imposed by these functions and execute arbitrary commands via vulnerable PHP scripts.

The vulnerability affects version 4.3.6 and prior for the Windows platform.

Solution:
Update to version 4.3.7.
